1. Diagnose, fix, and enhance in-house and third-party software web applications.
2. Provide third-level post-implementation support to business users.
3. Analyze and resolve software issues to restore service, followed by long-term solutions.
4. Configure software systems and application settings.
5. Perform software coding and data recovery.
6. Prepare and interpret technical documentation, including help desk run books.
7. Work independently on multiple issues and dynamic priorities.
8. Mentor support engineers and lead meetings as needed.
9. Collaborate with business teams to understand their software and system needs.

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
2. Three years of experience in a related software engineering role.

1. Proficiency in the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
2. Expertise in front-end and back-end programming languages such as Angular, REACT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, REST APIs, and Spring Boot.
3. Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA – SAAS tool) and Blue Yonder SCPO Module.
4. Knowledge of Oracle SQL and MySQL.
5. Familiarity with JIRA.
6. Understanding of supply chain inventory planning and merchandising software systems.
7. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Three years of experience in software engineering roles such as Systems Engineer or Application Developer.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

$166,865 to $169,400 per year, depending on experience.
