Sephora Senior Inventory Analyst

1. Manage the accuracy and integrity of inventory and operations within Sephora’s Distribution Centers and retail stores.
2. Support Canadian Distribution Centers in harmonizing with US practices.
3. Drive process and systems enhancements across the network.
4. Work with Supply Chain on inventory-related issues.
5. Manage and analyze large data sets for North American retail stores.
6. Coordinate with third-party suppliers for physical inventory scheduling.
7. Prepare month-end journal entries and monthly reporting.
8. Conduct variance analysis during financial meetings.
9. Identify areas of optimization for internal processes.

1. 5+ years of General Ledger/financial reporting experience.
2. CPA Certification preferred.
3. 1-2 years of Inventory/Cost Accounting experience.
4. 1-2 years of Retail/store operations experience.

1. SAP/S4 ERP experience highly desired.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data.
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Process improvement/optimization experience.

5+ years of General Ledger/financial reporting experience, with 1-2 years in Inventory/Cost Accounting and Retail/store operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
