1. Manage the accuracy and integrity of inventory across Sephora’s Distribution Centers and retail stores.
2. Collaborate with Retail Operations and Loss Prevention to address shrinkage issues.
3. Support Canadian Distribution Centers in aligning with US practices, including inventory adjustments and cycle counting.
4. Drive process and systems enhancements within the Distribution Centers.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory-related issues, including purchase order receipts and vendor transactions.
6. Oversee physical inventories for North American retail stores, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
7. Prepare month-end journal entries and financial reports related to inventory shrinkage.
8. Serve as the point of contact for analytical and reporting requests from business partners.
9. Identify and present optimization opportunities for internal processes to leadership.
10. Support annual audits with internal and external auditors.

1. 5+ years of experience in General Ledger or financial reporting.
2. CPA Certification preferred.
3. 1-2 years of experience in Inventory or Cost Accounting.
4. 1-2 years of experience in Retail or store operations.
5. Experience with SAP/S4 ERP systems.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with intermediate formulas.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

5+ years of experience in financial reporting, with additional experience in inventory and retail operations.

CPA Certification preferred.

The annual base salary range is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
