Sephora Senior Inventory Analyst

- Manage the accuracy and integrity of inventory across Sephora’s Distribution Centers and retail stores.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and Loss Prevention to address shrinkage issues.
- Support Canadian Distribution Centers in aligning with US practices, including inventory adjustments and cycle counting.
- Drive process and systems enhancements within the Distribution Centers.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory-related issues, including purchase order receipts and vendor transactions.
- Oversee physical inventories for North American retail stores, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Prepare month-end journal entries and financial reports related to inventory shrinkage.
- Serve as the point of contact for analytical and reporting requests from business partners.
- Identify and present optimization opportunities for internal processes to leadership.
- Support annual audits with internal and external auditors.
- 5+ years of experience in General Ledger or financial reporting.
- CPA Certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Inventory or Cost Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in Retail or store operations.
- Experience with SAP/S4 ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with intermediate formulas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, with additional experience in inventory and retail operations.
CPA Certification preferred.
The annual base salary range is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
