1. Contribute to enhancing Sephora Middle East operations through a systematic and disciplined audit approach.
2. Ensure compliance with Sephora and LVMH Group's internal control and audit requirements.
3. Conduct regular audits to assess control system effectiveness, including annual LVMH Internal Control self-assessments and store audits.
4. Provide management with recommendations for improving controls and mitigating risks.
5. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
6. Provide training and guidance on internal control principles, policies, and procedures.
7. Monitor and track remediation efforts and action plans addressing audit findings.
8. Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or irregularities.
9. Design, review, and monitor internal control systems for regulatory compliance.
10. Participate in ad-hoc internal audit, control, and fraud assignments.
11. Assist with other tasks as required by the Internal Control function.

1. Advanced university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.

1. Fluency in Arabic and English.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
8. Willingness to travel up to 30%.

5 to 7 years of experience in audit or internal control within the Retail or FMCG industry.

Advanced university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics.
