1. Lead a team of HR professionals to execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure HR and business strategy alignment.
3. Guide and support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
4. Develop sourcing and workforce planning strategies to hire up to 1,000 workers during peak periods.
5. Champion change in support of HR initiatives and functional HR strategy.
6. Work cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence for guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
7. Network within the local community to enhance Sephora's employer brand and gather benchmarking data.
8. Participate in and lead HR projects as necessary.

1. 5–7 years of experience in an HR Manager role, preferably in logistics or distribution centers.
2. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a high level of follow-through and accountability.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proactive communicator with the ability to influence and encourage innovation.
3. High-level attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
5. Proficiency with MS Office.

5–7 years in a Human Resources Manager role, with experience in logistics or distribution centers preferred.
