1. Execute HR and administrative systems and procedures.
2. Manage office administration, including supply requisitions, document control, and Work Pass applications.
3. Ensure compliance with employment-related legislation.
4. Build collaborative relationships with business leaders to anticipate and meet business needs.
5. Advise managers and employees on HR-related issues.
6. Support Department Heads in building organizational and people capabilities.
7. Facilitate talent movement across the business.
8. Handle store recruitment and support employment brand initiatives.
9. Prepare headcount reports for tracking employee turnover and diversity.
10. Ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

1. Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Working knowledge of current employment legislation.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a positive service attitude.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. High-level communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resource operational role with business partnering skills, preferably in a fast-paced retail, beauty, or FMCG environment.

Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline desirable.
