1. Provide functional and technical support for HR systems across the US, Canada, and globally.
2. Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain HR systems, ensuring operational excellence.
3. Create and maintain SOP and process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities.
4. Lead system configuration and provide subject matter expertise on HR technology.
5. Collaborate with IT to enhance the HR user experience and evaluate current HR solutions.
6. Conduct impact assessments and define testing requirements for SAP releases.

1. 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors in modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
2. Proficiency in system administration, including security, user roles, and permissions management.
3. Expertise in data management, including data entry, validation, and reporting.
4. Experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users.
5. Knowledge of integrating SuccessFactors with other HR and enterprise systems.

3. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology.
4. Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
5. Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors system administration and HR technology.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

The annual base salary range is $110,840.00 - $147,535.00, with potential bonuses based on performance and qualifications.
