- Provide functional and technical support for HR systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ensure the effective operation and governance of HR systems across the US, Canada, and globally.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Lead functional and technical development and system configuration, offering subject matter expertise on new technology and business process changes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to implement HR-related enhancements, fixes, and projects.
- Deliver daily operational support to HR functions such as recruitment, performance, payroll, talent, and compensation.
- Partner with IT to enhance the HR user experience, evaluating current solutions and leveraging industry best practices.
- Conduct impact assessments and define testing requirements for SAP biannual releases.
- 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors, including modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Performance and Goals.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules.
- Expertise in data entry, validation, and reporting within SuccessFactors.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
- Understanding of integrating SuccessFactors with other HR and enterprise systems.
- Skills in customizing SuccessFactors to meet organizational requirements.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and system security best practices.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors system administration and HR technology.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
