1. Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for the personalization platform.
2. Develop microservices, including RESTful APIs and message-driven services, using Spring Boot Java.
3. Create user interfaces using the React framework.
4. Develop data processing pipelines in various modes such as near real-time, batch, and real-time.
5. Implement AI/ML models for personalization.
6. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating technical expertise.
7. Lead and resolve issues with data pipelines and customer experiences involving data and ML implementation.
8. Collaborate with data scientists to process heavy data volumes, impacting user experience.
9. Perform solution design for business and technical problems involving Data, AI & ML, eCommerce, and marketing technologies.
10. Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to coding standards.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
12. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
13. Diagnose and resolve production issues, providing timely support and fixes.

1. 6+ years of experience in full stack development, data processing, and machine learning models.
2. 3+ years of experience in leading and designing e-commerce and marketing projects.
3. Experience in handling large data volumes and ML integrations.
4. Proficiency in Java microservices, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and related technologies.

A minimum of 6 years in full stack development, with a focus on data processing and machine learning models. At least 3 years of experience in leading e-commerce and marketing projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The annual base salary range is $162,090.00 - $180,100.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
