1. Serve as the primary finance partner to key company leaders, providing strategic financial insights.
2. Lead forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and monthly reporting for corporate expenditures.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to produce the annual budget, strategic plan, and biannual forecasts.
4. Conduct monthly reporting activities, including reconciling budget and forecast variances to actual results.
5. Engage in strategic ad hoc projects related to corporate finance.
6. Analyze data to identify trends, drivers, and metrics for business reporting.
7. Partner with finance and departmental business partners to manage all finance activities effectively.

1. 3 to 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis.
2. Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities.
3. Intermediate accounting knowledge.

1. Superior Excel financial modeling skills.
2. Proficiency in Financial Systems, SAP, and Anaplan is advantageous.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
6. Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.

3 to 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $128,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
