1. Oversee maintenance activities within the Distribution Center to ensure a safe and operationally sound facility.
2. Manage and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance for motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
3. Anticipate potential facility and equipment issues and develop proactive solutions to prevent operational disruptions.
4. Program robots, configure control systems, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and collaborate with engineers to optimize automation workflows.
5. Track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of automation systems and identify areas for further optimization.
6. Manage capital budget activities for facility-wide or departmental equipment upgrade projects.
7. Ensure maintenance department's parts stock is maintained to promote service efficiency.
8. Maintain compliance with federal OSHA and state-mandated safety standards for maintenance and mechanical activities.
9. Partner with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, training, and acceptance based on quality workmanship.
10. Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training for maintenance and facility management requirements.
11. Ensure Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation associates meet performance standards and comply with safety policies.
12. Provide training and guidance to the Maintenance Team for skills enhancement and career development.
13. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
14. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

1. Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading and coaching employee performance in a distribution center environment.
2. Experience in supervising both hourly and salaried employees.
3. Background in packaging automation, distribution processes, and mechanical systems involving power transmission.
4. Experience with goods-to-person picking and automated storage and retrieval systems is advantageous.
5. Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
6. CFM certification or pursuit of CFM certification is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $123,880.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
