Sephora Senior Facilities Manager

- Oversee maintenance activities within the Distribution Center to ensure a safe and operationally sound facility.
- Manage and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance for motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
- Anticipate potential facility and equipment issues and develop proactive solutions to prevent operational disruptions.
- Program robots, configure control systems, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and collaborate with engineers to optimize automation workflows.
- Track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of automation systems and identify areas for further optimization.
- Manage capital budget activities for facility-wide or departmental equipment upgrade projects.
- Ensure maintenance department's parts stock is maintained to promote service efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with federal OSHA and state-mandated safety standards for maintenance and mechanical activities.
- Partner with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, training, and acceptance based on quality workmanship.
- Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training for maintenance and facility management requirements.
- Ensure Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation associates meet performance standards and comply with safety policies.
- Provide training and guidance to the Maintenance Team for skills enhancement and career development.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading and coaching employee performance in a distribution center environment.
- Experience in supervising both hourly and salaried employees.
- Background in packaging automation, distribution processes, and mechanical systems involving power transmission.
- Experience with goods-to-person picking and automated storage and retrieval systems is advantageous.
- Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- CFM certification or pursuit of CFM certification is a plus.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a distribution center environment, including supervisory roles, is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $123,880.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
