1. Drive end-to-end recruitment operations for regional roles across various functions including IT Technology, Software Engineering, E-Commerce, and Marketing.
2. Support overseas recruitment and ad-hoc recruitment needs in other countries.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to pre-onboarding.
4. Develop and implement best practices for talent acquisition processes across the region.
5. Lead talent pipelining and critical talent mapping projects for succession planning.
6. Support employer branding initiatives and represent Sephora at external tech events.
7. Contribute to elevating Sephora's brand as an employer of choice in omni-channel retail.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

1. Strong drive to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
2. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for technology functions.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and stakeholder management.
4. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.
5. Learning agility and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within technology functions, is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
