Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition Partner

1. Drive end-to-end recruitment for regional headquarter positions in Singapore and other relevant markets.
2. Support overseas recruitment and ad-hoc recruitment needs in other countries.
3. Participate in talent acquisition and talent projects such as employer branding, critical talent mapping, succession planning, and campus recruitment activations.
4. Liaise with hiring managers on hiring needs, sourcing, interviewing candidates, and managing offers and pre-onboarding support.
5. Develop best practices for talent acquisition processes across the region.
6. Support recruitment playbook discussions and design processes for headquarters.
7. Serve as a talent acquisition partner to the Asia Tech Team, advising on external talent market availability.
8. Support employer branding campaigns and represent Sephora at external tech events.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.

1. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for technology functions.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
3. Ability to operate and thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask priorities.
4. Learning agility and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for technology functions is advantageous.
