1. Partner with various functions on local, regional, and global scales to analyze performance, drive cost efficiency, and identify risks and opportunities.
2. Participate in cross-business decisions, ensuring a strong commercial financial presence.
3. Consolidate results from in-country finance teams for monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts, maintaining data integrity.
4. Provide timely and accurate financial information to support responsibilities in controlling, including variance analysis, margin monitoring, and capital expenditure tracking.
5. Propose process and reporting improvements, and pilot tools to optimize business operations.
6. Contribute to the development of existing and new systems within the organization.
7. Coordinate with business teams on budget cycles, strategic plans, and reporting schedules.

1. At least 4 years of experience in retail or FMCG with a solid accounting and planning background.
2. Experience with SAP, Jedox, or other performance management software.

1. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
2. Excellent communication skills across levels and functions.
3. Ability to learn quickly and communicate in a commercially focused manner.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
5. Team spirit and ability to work well across cultures.
6. Result-oriented with a drive to succeed.

A minimum of 4 years in retail or FMCG sectors, focusing on accounting and planning.
