Sephora Senior Executive, Finance Business Partner

- Provide financial support to key stakeholders in IT and Logistics, delivering insights and controls to manage costs and support performance.
- Collaborate with country operational and finance teams to provide a regional view of IT and Logistics to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial information for strong control and sound business decisions at the regional level.
- Support and execute the preparation and review of monthly P&Ls for various cost centers.
- Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast, providing clear explanations and insights into cost lines.
- Assist Shared Service Centre and Local Finance Teams with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and cost allocations.
- Ensure accurate tracking of OpEx and CapEx spend for IT projects.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, specifically for identified cost lines within the region.
- Monitor and contribute to cost control and efficiency improvements across various business areas.
- Build effective working relationships with functional stakeholders and act as a finance point-of-contact for day-to-day queries.
- Prepare financial input into business cases and investment proposals, ensuring spend remains within budget.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Regional Finance Business Partner and regional leaders on cost P&L lines for the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or a related role, ideally within a regional environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and Operational teams, ideally across multiple countries.
- Good communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining data clearly.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or a related role, ideally within a regional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
