1. Ensure seamless coordination of daily operational activities with the Franchise Partner.
2. Support the Commercial Business Partner in achieving objectives and maintaining brand standards.
3. Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with Sephora's guidelines and service standards.
4. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Franchise Partner to implement best practices.
5. Facilitate the implementation of activities aligned with Sephora's standards and objectives.
6. Coordinate with regional functions to deliver key objectives and projects efficiently.
7. Enforce compliance with Sephora's standards, code of conduct, and operational practices.
8. Provide ongoing support to the Franchise Partner, addressing operational challenges.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or franchise operations, preferably within the beauty sector.
2. Experience working with Indonesia is advantageous.
3. Account management experience with a strong understanding of omni-channel strategies.
