Sephora Senior Executive, Commercial Operations

- Ensure seamless coordination of daily operational activities with the Franchise Partner.
- Support the Commercial Business Partner in achieving objectives and maintaining brand standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with Sephora's guidelines and service standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the Franchise Partner to implement best practices.
- Facilitate the implementation of activities aligned with Sephora's standards and objectives.
- Coordinate with regional functions to deliver key objectives and projects efficiently.
- Enforce compliance with Sephora's standards, code of conduct, and operational practices.
- Provide ongoing support to the Franchise Partner, addressing operational challenges.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or franchise operations, preferably within the beauty sector.
- Experience working with Indonesia is advantageous.
- Account management experience with a strong understanding of omni-channel strategies.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills for informed decision-making.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
- Prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills.
Minimum 2 years in retail or franchise operations, preferably within the beauty sector.
