- Track omni-channel category performance against set KPIs.
- Execute and implement programs per category strategies.
- Monitor and identify new trends, brands, and merchandising programs.
- Manage market-specific brands and negotiate trading terms.
- Coordinate brand agreements and renewals.
- Develop annual brand plans including product launch calendars and sales targets.
- Plan and execute brand and product launch plans.
- Plan and secure key animation slots for brands.
- Manage stock levels and propose action plans for high stock holding SKUs.
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Results-oriented
- Demonstrate teamwork
- High level of initiative
- Ability to work and lead cross-functionally
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Minimum 3 years of account/brand management experience, ideally from the beauty/fashion industry.
