Sephora Senior Executive, Business Controller

1. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and gross margin reports across countries, channels, and categories.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
3. Collaborate with country finance teams to validate inputs and ensure alignment with regional reporting standards.
4. Review, analyze, and validate daily phasing of commercial targets versus budget.
5. Consolidate country budget submissions and review monthly sales and KPI phasing.
6. Reconcile and align submissions between regional and global reporting systems.
7. Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Regional Business Controller and regional leaders.
8. Translate findings into meaningful insights and actionable outputs for senior leadership.
9. Contribute to regional business reviews and presentations with data-driven inputs.
10. Collaborate with the Data & BI team to improve data accuracy and reporting tools.
11. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance tracking and analysis of performance indicators.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
2. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or SQL is advantageous.
3. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and operational teams.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive.

3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or a related role, ideally within a regional or multinational environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
