Sephora Senior Executive, Business Controller

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and gross margin reports across countries, channels, and categories.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify key trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with country finance teams to validate inputs and ensure alignment with regional reporting standards.
- Review, analyze, and validate daily phasing of commercial targets versus budget.
- Consolidate country budget submissions and review monthly sales and KPI phasing.
- Reconcile and align submissions between regional and global reporting systems.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Regional Business Controller and regional leaders.
- Translate findings into meaningful insights and actionable outputs for senior leadership.
- Contribute to regional business reviews and presentations with data-driven inputs.
- Collaborate with the Data & BI team to improve data accuracy and reporting tools.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance tracking and analysis of performance indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or SQL is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and operational teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive.
3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or a related role, ideally within a regional or multinational environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
