1. Lead strategic network automation installations focusing on advanced robotic technology, including automated storage and retrieval systems, robotics goods to person pick stations, and high-speed sorters.
2. Optimize current automation processes within distribution-order fulfillment centers through development and implementation of system controls updates.
3. Serve as the primary logistics liaison with architects, general contractors, and MEP vendors to ensure construction projects adhere to code and meet deadlines.
4. Facilitate weekly project meetings with vendors, contractors, IT, and DC operations to ensure schedule and design compliance.
5. Generate CAD drawings to ensure proper location of IT infrastructure and support DC construction and retrofits.
6. Design solutions to operational issues and provide recommendations to improve operations throughput with conveyance and controls enhancements.
7. Develop cost-benefit analyses and financial models to support DC requirements and automation designs.
8. Establish and maintain controls standards and monitoring for all DCs.
9. Manage capital improvement projects, including automation and robotics, to vet software and execution systems.
10. Conduct operations forecasting for staffing, assets, and facility needs to ensure service commitment and throughput.
11. Develop and facilitate training for new automation, hardware, processes, and technology implementation.
12. Maintain DC design on CAD for each of the 6 DCs, including racking, conveyance, sortation, and panels.

1. 10 or more years of related experience focusing on automation, warehouse control systems, and conveyance.
2. Experience with implementing warehouse control systems in a logistics environment, emphasizing automation and DC build-out.
3. Proficiency with top-tier WCS/WMS/WES Labor Reporting Systems, MOST, and Standards Pro.
4. Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or equivalent LMS.

1. Strong MS Office Suite skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Access.
2. Proficiency in CAD and Visio.
3. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 10 years in roles focusing on automation, warehouse control systems, and conveyance, with a proven track record in logistics environments.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,500.00 - $142,500.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
