1. Lead strategic asset protection and security technology initiatives across distribution and order fulfillment centers.
2. Oversee the optimization of security processes and advise on new construction and remodel projects.
3. Manage the Asset Protection capital and operating expense budgets.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects adhere to code and meet deadlines.
5. Design solutions for operational issues and develop financial models to support asset protection requirements.
6. Establish controls standards for all distribution centers.
7. Ensure contract compliance and analyze operational plans for improvement opportunities.
8. Collaborate with Asset Protection and facilities teams on compliance standards.
9. Conduct operations forecasting and develop training programs to maintain asset protection effectiveness.

1. 6+ years of experience in implementing asset protection, risk assessment, and security-related control systems in a logistics environment.
2. Strong working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion hardware and software.

1. Proficiency with Exacq, Hanwha Wave, Brivio access control, NVR servers and systems, intrusion detection systems, biometric integration, and weapons detection technology.
2. Knowledge of capital expenditure (CapEx) and operating expense (OpEx) budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
3. Ability to identify and analyze complex issues, develop strategic solutions, and implement effective action plans.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Access, CAD, and Visio.

6 or more years of related job experience with a focus on implementing asset protection, risk assessment, and security-related control systems in a logistics environment, with an emphasis on procurement and distribution center build-out.
