1. Support the Distribution Center (DC) network by identifying, resolving, and providing root cause analysis for production system issues.
2. Leverage extensive logistics operational process knowledge and JDA WMS systems expertise to resolve complex logistics business incidents.
3. Utilize programming languages such as C, Java, C++, and SQL to mitigate critical system issues and restore business functionality.
4. Perform detailed analysis of logistics business opportunities to design and implement strategic and tactical technical solutions.
5. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure new business requirements align with operational processes.
6. Mentor other engineers on the logistics support team in troubleshooting and resolving system and technical infrastructure issues.
7. Participate in code reviews and test solutions to ensure adherence to best practice specifications.

1. 5+ years of experience in Distribution Center Systems Engineering Support with increasing technical and functional responsibilities.
2. Experience in Supply Chain, implementing and supporting JDA/BY WMS, including launching new DCs and migrating/upgrading WMS versions.
3. Extensive knowledge of DC operational processes and experience with various WMS and LMS systems.

1. Expert-level experience with JDA/BY WMS, MOCA, PL/SQL, and Oracle SQL.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, C#, C++, PL/SQL.
3. Experience with distribution center automation, including robotic picking, sortation, and pick/put lights.
4. Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
5. Proficiency in task and time management, oral and written communication, and technical expertise.

5+ years in Distribution Center Systems Engineering Support, with a focus on JDA WMS application development and support.

The annual base salary range for this position is $135,810.00 - $150,900.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
