Senior Engineer, eCommerce

1. Design and develop Java microservices for high availability eCommerce platform components.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key design decisions.
3. Evaluate new technologies for application appropriateness.
4. Ensure platform components are designed for reliability and scalability.
5. Participate in load and performance testing.
6. Define and implement logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
7. Provide guidance and mentoring to team engineers.
8. Troubleshoot issues across the eCommerce application stack.
9. Promote company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics.

1. 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot frameworks.
2. Experience in designing and managing Java microservices and RESTful APIs.
3. Experience with cloud-based applications, preferably on MS Azure.
4. Experience in decomposing monolith applications into microservices.
5. Experience with queueing and streaming solutions like Kafka, JMS.

6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and delivering enterprise solutions using Java and related technologies, with a focus on eCommerce or client services applications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,210.00 - $163,200.00. Individuals may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
