Sephora Senior End to End Planner

- Optimize inventory levels within the ANZ Sephora network to meet business objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of brands and act as the Supply Chain Business Partner for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end planning processes including Forecasting, S&OP, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution Planning.
- Measure performance based on Forecast Accuracy, On Shelf Availability, Inventory Levels, and Inventory Depreciation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate accurate forecasts and supply plans.
- Ensure optimal inventory in both online and physical Sephora stores across ANZ.
- Engage with external brand stakeholders to enhance Supply Chain operations and KPIs.
- Investigate and address issues in Forecast Accuracy, On Shelf Availability, Inventory Levels, and Inventory Depreciation.
- Drive continuous process improvements within the ANZ Planning Department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience with SAP and RELEX Planning Tool
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Ambition and a drive for development opportunities
A minimum of 5 years in a planning role, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
