1. Accountable for optimized inventory levels in the ANZ Sephora network.
2. Act as the 'Supply Chain Business Partner' for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage end-to-end planning processes including Forecasting, S&OP, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution Planning.
4. Measure performance on Forecast Accuracy, On Shelf Availability, Inventory Levels, and Inventory Depreciation.
5. Collaborate with the Merchandising team on Sales & Operations Planning.
6. Generate and manage orders to suppliers.
7. Ensure optimal inventory in each ANZ Sephora store, both online and physical.
8. Collaborate with external brand stakeholders to optimize Supply Chain processes.
9. Conduct investigations into losses in Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Levels.
10. Identify and drive continuous process improvements within the ANZ Planning Department.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.

1. Strong quantitative analytical skills.
2. Strong Excel capabilities.
3. Experience with SAP and RELEX Planning Tool preferred.
4. Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
5. Strong business and financial acumen.
6. Highly adaptable and flexible.

5+ years of experience in a planning role, ideally in a multi-brand retailer.
