1. Design and develop large-scale enterprise solutions for the eCommerce platform using Java microservices and front-end applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key design decisions and ensure the development of application components.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate new technologies for application suitability.
4. Ensure platform components are designed for reliability and scalability, with a clear separation of concerns.
5. Participate in load and performance testing, and define logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team engineers, promoting best practices in microservices implementation.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the eCommerce application stack.
8. Influence decisions, build consensus, and resolve conflicts constructively.
9. Uphold company policies, procedures, and values, demonstrating Sephora's core values in daily work.

1. 6+ years of experience in developing enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
2. Experience in designing and managing Java microservices and RESTful APIs in eCommerce applications.
3. Proficiency in cloud-based application design using microservices architecture, preferably on MS Azure.
4. Experience in building native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and delivering enterprise solutions, with a focus on eCommerce or client services applications.

The annual base salary range is $132,210.00 - $163,200.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
