Sephora Senior E-commerce Operations Analyst

- Monitor digital channel indicators, evaluating the overall results of marketing actions and providing insights to marketing, commercial, trade, and business teams.
- Oversee logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Inform the Logistics department about promotional gifts, actions, and product launches.
- Track and analyze KPIs for ClearSale and Pagar.Me, conducting meetings to identify process improvements.
- Support the Customer Service team in monitoring workflows and the impact of actions.
- Assist the Finance team with ClearSale, Pagar.Me, and voucher management.
- Contribute to Dotcom projects involving Operations, Automation, Payment Methods, and Order Status.
- Support daily operations and reporting for the Rappi team.
- Monitor the return rate of Dotcom orders with Customer Service and provide visibility to business teams.
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends and best practices to implement innovations and maintain competitiveness.
- Knowledge in e-commerce, inventory management, logistics, online payment systems, digital marketing, and user experience.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and data analysis tools.
- Experience in online sales management, logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
Professional experience in e-commerce-related fields such as digital marketing, online sales management, logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
