Sephora Senior E-commerce Analyst

- Support the e-commerce team with analyses and projections to inform decision-making.
- Assist the commercial team with data-driven decisions to validate business viability and specific actions.
- Monitor digital channel indicators, evaluating the overall results of marketing actions and providing insights to marketing, commercial, and trade teams.
- Design goals and processes for periodic performance tracking of channels.
- Create customized reports and dashboards.
- Conduct sales projections and track area results.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio/Power BI, Hotjar, Google DataStudio.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

Relevant experience in e-commerce analysis or a related field is preferred.
