1. Lead brand strategy and execution for Sephora USA, Sephora at Kohl’s, and Sephora Canada.
2. Achieve retail sales targets and profitability for the brand.
3. Ensure seamless execution of product launches, animations, promotions, and financial performance.
4. Collaborate with the Sephora Collection global team based in Paris.
5. Manage and lead a team, setting clear direction and deploying resources to achieve financial targets.
6. Adapt, develop, and execute brand strategies for the North American market.
7. Communicate and gain support for the brand’s global strategic vision with business partners.
8. Monitor and communicate retailer and industry trends, identifying white space opportunities.
9. Negotiate North American Sephora Collection financial targets with global partners.
10. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support sales growth.
11. Provide regular reporting to leaders and executive teams.
12. Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners globally and regionally.
13. Represent the brand in various settings, from executive meetings to informal sessions.
14. Support, coach, and develop direct reports with clear role expectations and development plans.

1. 12+ years of leadership in Category, Sales, or Merchandising.
2. Strong understanding of Sephora, merchandising, and promotional programs.

5. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

12+ years in Category, Sales, or Merchandising leadership roles.

The annual base salary range for this position is $164,000.00 - $218,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
