- Lead and inspire a team of social content developers and creators in an agile and collaborative manner.
- Drive innovation in content creation, community building, and engagement to ensure Sephora remains at the forefront of social media trends.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate social strategies with larger campaigns and product launches.
- Utilize data analytics and social media insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Advocate for the Sephora community across senior levels of the organization, effectively communicating community expectations.
- 10-12 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
- 4+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of social media specialists and creators.
- Strong background in creative marketing strategy with expertise in social content production.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Proven data analytics capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative vision and strategic mindset.
- Strong understanding of pop culture, current trends, and emerging social platforms.
- Ability to cultivate creativity and disruption in the social media landscape.
- Proficiency in data analytics and social media insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
10-12 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 - $224,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
