1. Lead and inspire a team of social content developers and creators in an agile and collaborative manner.
2. Drive innovation in content creation, community building, and engagement to ensure Sephora remains at the forefront of social media trends.
3. Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate social strategies with larger campaigns and product launches.
4. Utilize data analytics and social media insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
5. Advocate for the Sephora community across senior levels of the organization, effectively communicating community expectations.

1. 10-12 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the retail or beauty industry.
2. 4+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of social media specialists and creators.
3. Strong background in creative marketing strategy with expertise in social content production.
4. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
5. Proven data analytics capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 - $224,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
