Sephora Senior Director of Retention Marketing

- Define and implement the vision, strategies, and roadmaps for retention marketing to drive channel growth and innovation.
- Lead and manage email, mobile messaging, SMS, and direct mail programs to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends to maintain Sephora's competitive edge in retention marketing.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and CRM teams to define business requirements and optimize marketing technology.
- Promote a test-and-learn culture, developing a testing agenda aligned with client and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key business partners to ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee strategic partnerships with key retention marketing platforms.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in channel execution, operations, and performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of over 20 retention marketers, fostering talent development and a positive team culture.
- 12+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership.
- Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to navigate complex marketing technology stacks.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize initiatives.

A minimum of 12 years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating strategic and analytical capabilities.
The annual base salary range for this position is $231,030.00 - $250,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
