- Define the overarching vision, strategy, and objectives for Personalization and CRM, including associated KPIs.
- Drive the execution of personalized and CRM campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Evaluate and integrate technology solutions to scale personalization and CRM efforts.
- Track and measure the performance of personalization initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and communicating results to stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in personalization and CRM leadership roles.
- Proven track record in consumer strategy, client-centric marketing, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data analysis and communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Experience leading diverse teams in driving personalization and CRM strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Ability to manage team priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative.
A minimum of 10 years in personalization and CRM leadership roles, with a proven track record in consumer strategy and client-centric marketing.
The annual base salary range for this position is $245,000.00 - $265,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
