- Develop and implement the Canadian online merchandising strategy to drive growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with brand partners to create short- and long-term growth plans for the online business.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the brick & mortar merchandising team to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Leverage online performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize brand performance.
- Establish financial sales objectives and analyze online business performance using reporting tools.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and collaborate with the Inventory team for forecasting.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing online merchandising team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Drive marketing strategies for key product launches and optimize site and email merchandising.
- Ensure strategic product placement across digital platforms and enhance user experience.
- Minimum 5 years of digital experience in a management role within a top-tier retail environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce, particularly in e-retail or direct-to-consumer models.
- Proven track record in managing and nurturing multiple brands with a passion for beauty products.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
