1. Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI systems for content curation and business needs.
2. Integrate complex business goals into recommendation and placement awareness models.
3. Collaborate with business teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable data science solutions.
4. Lead research, development, and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core systems.
5. Partner with broader Gen AI initiatives to ensure consistency in consumer experience across platforms.
6. Develop foundational code aligned with company-wide AI standards.
7. Build and optimize MLOps pipelines for efficient model deployment.
8. Create reusable infrastructure and tools for engineering teams.

1. 5-7+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
2. 5+ years of experience with Databricks, Spark (or PySpark), and big data.
3. 7+ years of proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries.
4. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI models, LLMs, or related architectures.

1. Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and SQL.
2. Skills in deploying and serving large-scale models, including model inference, monitoring, and scaling.
3. Solid understanding of Generative Architectures such as Transformers and diffusion models.
4. Knowledge of data preprocessing for LLMs.
5. Strong communication skills.

5-7+ years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment, with a focus on personalization and generative AI.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

The annual base salary range is $142,545.00 - $159,315.00, with potential bonuses.
