1. Collaborate on the development of customized Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects, including specialized regression models and forecasting optimization.
2. Build dashboards and presentations to evaluate the performance of Sephora Media Network's Onsite and Offsite activities.
3. Engage in day-to-day marketing effectiveness activities such as data delivery, analytics processes, and insight delivery.
4. Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and design analytical solutions to derive actionable insights.
5. Support the senior director with executive engagement materials and address critical business needs.

1. 2-4 years of analytics experience.
2. Experience with R or Python.
3. Strong SQL skills.
4. Experience in paid media marketing or analytics, preferably in a digital agency or client-side setting.
5. Knowledge of retail media network initiatives.

2-4 years of relevant analytics experience, particularly in paid media marketing or analytics.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
