1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for the personalization platform.
2. Develop microservices, RESTful APIs, and data processing pipelines using Spring Boot Java and React.
3. Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML models for personalization.
4. Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
5. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
6. Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

1. 6+ years of experience in full stack development and machine learning.
2. 3+ years of experience in leading e-commerce and marketing technology projects.
3. Proficiency in Java microservices, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and data processing technologies.
4. Experience with AI/ML model implementation and collaboration with data scientists.

1. Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and algorithms.
2. Expertise in handling large volumes of data and asynchronous processing.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

A minimum of 6 years in full stack development, with significant experience in data processing and machine learning models.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $162,090.00 - $180,100.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
