1. Report to the Head of Business Controlling for Poland & Czech Republic.
2. Act as a finance business partner to managers in the Czech Republic.
3. Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce for Poland & Czech Republic on financial matters.
4. Support the management of regular monthly closings from a controlling perspective.
5. Analyze discrepancies between actual situations and budget forecasts.
6. Create financial and non-financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
7. Coordinate and actively participate in preparing key financial plans for the Czech Republic, including strategic plans, annual budgets, and budget forecasts/revisions.
8. Prepare various financial or commercial analyses and simulations for the local Board or Headquarters in France.
9. Participate in profitability calculations for new perfumery openings or contract extensions.
10. Collaborate with various departments including General Management, Finance, Operations, HR, Logistics, and external companies.
11. Establish and manage processes and projects.
12. Support audit-related activities.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Higher education in economics or finance.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Czech or French is advantageous.
2. Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
3. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, creative approach to tasks.
4. Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment.

Experience in the retail industry, particularly in the beauty or fashion sector, is preferred.

Higher education in economics or finance.
