Sephora Senior Controlling Analyst

- Report to the Head of Business Controlling for Poland & Czech Republic.
- Act as a finance business partner to managers in the Czech Republic.
- Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce for Poland & Czech Republic on financial matters.
- Support the management of regular monthly closings from a controlling perspective.
- Analyze discrepancies between actual situations and budget forecasts.
- Create financial and non-financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate and actively participate in preparing key financial plans for the Czech Republic, including strategic plans, annual budgets, and budget forecasts/revisions.
- Prepare various financial or commercial analyses and simulations for the local Board or Headquarters in France.
- Participate in profitability calculations for new perfumery openings or contract extensions.
- Collaborate with various departments including General Management, Finance, Operations, HR, Logistics, and external companies.
- Establish and manage processes and projects.
- Support audit-related activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Higher education in economics or finance.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Czech or French is advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, creative approach to tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience in the retail industry, particularly in the beauty or fashion sector, is preferred.
Higher education in economics or finance.
