1. Lead the creation of best-in-class designs for Sephora Middle East to delight and inspire customers.
2. Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods such as Ramadan, Sales, and Festive.
3. Act as the point of contact for stakeholders across departments regarding graphic and static executions.
4. Lead product photoshoots and photo executions.
5. Support stakeholders with Middle East-led executions including PR seeding, localized product content, and packaging for Sephora Collection and Sephora Favorites.
6. Continue to uplift Sephora content through best-in-class concepts and creative executions.
7. Lead the creative process of campaign graphic design for all relevant touchpoints including digital media channels, social platforms, OOH, DOOH, press kits, e-commerce website, and app packaging.
8. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Sephora's tone of voice.
9. Drive processes and efficiencies in creative graphic design workflows.
