Sephora Senior Category Manager - Skincare

- Develop and execute the acceleration strategy for the skincare brand portfolio within the EME region to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and set priorities to drive brand differentiation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Global Offer teams to co-construct the category differentiation strategy.
- Manage brand portfolios to maximize sales while ensuring profitability and effective inventory management.
- Communicate strategy effectively across 21 markets and ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Develop and implement 'only at Sephora' concepts for brand expression both online and offline.
- Identify and nurture new brands to enhance Sephora's image as a category destination.
- Optimize assortment and manage monthly budget tracking for all brands in the portfolio.
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation and manage end-of-life processes.
- Participate in pricing and discount strategies in coordination with RGM.
- Manage new product forecasts at the regional level.
- Lead cross-functional projects to maximize category visibility and performance, collaborating with Supply Chain, Marketing, BPM, and Legal teams.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in retail or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the skincare category.
- University or business school education.
- Fluent in English with an international profile.
- Organizational leadership and rigor
- Proactivity and action-oriented
- Analytical skills and numerical proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
4 to 7 years of experience in retail or digital marketing, with a focus on the skincare category.
University or business school education.
