- Develop and execute the acceleration strategy for the brand portfolio within the EME region to meet revenue targets.
- Manage brand portfolios by maximizing sales, ensuring profitability, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Implement omnichannel strategies, including 'only at Sephora' concepts, to enhance brand visibility.
- Communicate effectively with 21 markets, ensuring strategic alignment and monitoring execution.
- Optimize assortments and manage monthly budget tracking for all brands.
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation and manage end-of-life processes.
- Collaborate on pricing and promotion strategies with Revenue Growth Management.
- Forecast new product launches at the regional level.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance category visibility and performance.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of category dynamics.
- International experience with fluency in English.
- Leadership and organizational rigor

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Minimum 5 years in marketing, retail, or digital marketing, with a strong grasp of category management.
University or business school degree.
