1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the brand portfolio to achieve revenue targets within the EME region.
2. Analyze market trends to set priorities and drive customer engagement and brand differentiation.
3. Manage brand portfolio to maximize sales and ensure profitability and optimal inventory management.
4. Communicate strategy effectively across 21 markets and monitor execution success.
5. Enhance Sephora's brand image by developing new concepts and optimizing business levers.
6. Improve and optimize product assortment and track monthly budgets for all brands.
7. Provide distribution recommendations and manage pricing and discount strategies.
8. Forecast new product launches at the regional level.
9. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to maximize category visibility and performance.

1. 4 to 7 years of experience in retail or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of category management.
2. University or business school education.
3. Fluency in English with an international profile.
