Sephora Senior Cash Controller

- Supervise cash reporting and budget/forecast processes, ensuring timely and coherent cashflow reporting compliant with Group deadlines.
- Analyze and validate the bridge between direct and indirect cashflow methodologies, providing training and assistance to local finance teams.
- Prepare consolidated and synthetic cash flow reports, offering valuable insights and alerts to management.
- Drive cash performance in the EME region by securing consistency and accuracy of cash flow forecasts and quarterly landings.
- Analyze cash flow trends and balance sheets with country CFOs, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Advise and challenge countries on budget and forecast key assumptions, ensuring alignment with business projections and cash generation targets.
- Play a pivotal role in the cash controlling of Sephora SAS, reconciling critical intercompany flows and validating consolidation restatements.
- Master's degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance/consolidation (10 years) in a multinational environment.
- Understanding of treasury and controlling principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey clear and synthetic messages to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools such as Excel and financial planning software.
- Familiarity with ERP and consolidation software.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or consolidation within a multinational environment is required.
Master's degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or a related field.
