1. Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to align with strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with the UK Leadership Team, CFO, and EMEA team to enhance finance functions.
3. Manage a team of three, providing coaching and fostering a high-performance culture.
4. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
5. Conduct cost analysis and operational reviews to ensure cost control and efficiency.
6. Support investment proposals and manage post-investment reviews for the store network.
7. Conduct business and store performance reviews, providing actionable insights.
8. Identify margin drivers and propose initiatives to improve profitability.
9. Strengthen financial and business controls, driving process standardisation and improvement.

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent.
2. Minimum seven years' experience in financial, analytical, or controlling roles, preferably in retail or eCommerce.

1. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
2. Advanced financial modelling, planning, and forecasting expertise.
3. Proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A or BI tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Hyperion.
4. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
5. Demonstrated leadership ability, including team management and development.
6. Agile and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

A minimum of seven years' experience in financial, analytical, or controlling roles, with exposure to cross-functional business partnering.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent.
