Sephora Senior Brand Partner Marketing Executive

- Manage relationships and provide marketing support for Sephora’s brand partners across assigned categories.
- Lead the execution of brand marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing & E-Commerce team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders.
- Advise brands on channel-marketing strategies, including sampling, social media, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging.
- Collaborate with the BPM Manager to pitch Sephora marketing programs to brand partners.
- Execute launch plans and strategies for high-profile brand and product launches.
- Attend brand meetings and market weeks representing the Marketing & E-Commerce teams.
- Develop brand sampling and gift-with-purchase plans to support local campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications with a focus on creative campaign development.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and digital marketing.
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in campaign reporting and analysis.
- Track record of leading cross-functional project teams.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
