Sephora Senior Brand Media Manager

- Define and implement the upper and mid-funnel media strategy for Sephora UK in collaboration with the Head of Media.
- Establish objectives, KPIs, and measurement for all upper funnel media activities including OOH, DOOH, CTV, Paid Social, Display, Print, and Radio.
- Utilize consumer insight data and targeting tools to ensure strategic and measured media approaches.
- Collaborate with Sephora UK marketing teams to secure business buy-in.
- Coordinate with central media teams and local performance marketing teams for a comprehensive funnel approach.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign delivery.
- Oversee creative delivery to agencies, ensuring alignment with Sephora's best practices.
- Lead weekly agency calls to track campaign progress.
- Ensure comprehensive campaign reporting, including wrap-ups and testing updates.
- Maintain a testing roadmap with agencies to develop a best practice playbook.
- Contribute to Sephora’s UK market expansion through store openings and major campaigns.
- Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders across performance, creative, brand, finance, and legal teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or communication.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a media agency or similar role within a company, ideally a retailer, managing upper and mid-funnel media campaigns.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Expertise in media data, technologies, tools, and insights.
- Strong understanding of media culture, including main channels, UK media partners, and agencies.
