1. Manage floor operations to ensure high-quality customer service and optimal shopping experiences.
2. Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets by motivating staff and handling customer complaints.
3. Oversee product display management to ensure full stock presentation and cleanliness of testers.
4. Supervise inventory management, ensuring accurate stock counts and compliance with audit processes.
5. Monitor staff appearance, scheduling, and attendance to maintain store standards.
6. Enhance customer satisfaction by creating a comfortable shopping environment and achieving service KPIs.
7. Act as floor manager, managing operations to enhance customer experience and sales progress.
8. Support store management in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating employees.
9. Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
10. Assist store management with external communications, including regulatory visits and landlord interactions.
11. Handle daily operational incidents to ensure smooth store functioning.

1. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to plan effectively.
2. Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
3. Potential for management and a spirit of teamwork, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
4. Flexibility to transfer between different stores within the same city as required.
5. Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts as arranged by store management.
6. Experience in store support is preferred.
7. Completion of Sephora University basic management courses and exams.
