- Oversee floor management and ensure high-quality customer service to provide an optimal shopping experience.
- Drive store KPI metrics and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Motivate and manage store staff, addressing customer complaints effectively.
- Understand and achieve personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and other KPIs.
- Assist beauty advisors in providing consultation services and recommending suitable products.
- Supervise merchandise display management, ensuring product availability and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory processes, including receiving, returns, stock transfers, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with store service standards, including membership binding and beauty services.
- Act as floor manager, maintaining store management quality and enhancing customer experience.
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Assist in external communications, including handling inspections and liaising with local authorities.
- Handle daily operational incidents to ensure smooth store operations.
- Perform tasks related to store operations as assigned by superiors or store manager.
- Participate in company or departmental projects.
- Adhere to company policies, including employee handbook and standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to plan work effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Potential for management and a spirit of teamwork, eager to learn and share.
- Willingness to transfer between different stores within the same city as per operational needs.
- Punctual attendance as per store manager's scheduling.
- Experience in store support is preferred.
- Completion of Sephora University basic management course and exam.
- At least six months of experience in an EBA position to apply for an SBA role.
- Recent performance reviews with at least one VG rating and no ME.
- No customer complaints or disciplinary warnings in the past six months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
At least six months of experience in a similar role within the beauty retail industry is required.
Secondary school diploma or higher.
