1. Manage the sales floor, ensuring high-quality customer service and an optimal shopping experience.
2. Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets.
3. Supervise product displays and ensure inventory is well-stocked and organized.
4. Monitor staff appearance, scheduling, and attendance.
5. Create a welcoming shopping environment and handle customer complaints effectively.
6. Act as Floor Manager, overseeing floor operations and enhancing customer experience.
7. Support store management in implementing sales strategies and motivating staff.
8. Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
9. Assist with external communications, including liaising with landlords and local authorities.
10. Handle daily operational issues to ensure smooth store operations.

6. Experience in store support is preferred.
7. Minimum of a vocational diploma or equivalent.
