- Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
- Drive store KPI metrics and assist in achieving sales targets.

- Understand and achieve personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other KPIs.
- Assist beauty advisors in providing consultation services and product recommendations.
- Ensure proper execution of display management and inventory control.

- Assist store management with external communications and operational tasks as needed.

- Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules.
- Experience in store support preferred.
- Completion of Sephora University basic management courses.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Secondary school diploma or higher.
