1. Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
2. Drive store KPI metrics and assist in achieving sales targets.
3. Motivate and lead store staff, handling customer complaints effectively.
4. Understand and achieve personal daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other KPIs.
5. Assist beauty advisors in providing consultation services and product recommendations.
6. Ensure proper execution of display management and inventory control.
7. Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
8. Act as a role model within the team, leading sales efforts during non-managerial shifts.
9. Assist store management with external communications and operational tasks as needed.

6. Experience in store support preferred.
7. Completion of Sephora University basic management courses.
