1. Manage floor operations and supervise customer service quality to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
2. Drive store KPIs and assist in achieving sales targets while motivating store staff.
3. Handle customer complaints effectively.
4. Understand and meet personal sales targets and KPIs, including exclusive brand sales and conversion rates.
5. Oversee display management to ensure product availability and cleanliness.
6. Monitor inventory management, including receiving, returns, and stock transfers, ensuring no discrepancies.
7. Ensure staff appearance and attendance meet company standards.
8. Create a comfortable shopping environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Act as floor manager, managing floor affairs and enhancing customer shopping experience.
10. Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in implementing daily sales strategies and motivating staff.
11. Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
12. Assist in external communications, including liaising with landlords and local authorities.
13. Handle daily store emergencies to ensure smooth operations.

1. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
3. Management potential and team spirit, with a willingness to learn and share.
4. Flexibility to transfer between different stores within the same city as required.
5. Punctuality according to store manager's schedule.
6. Experience in store support is preferred.
7. Secondary education or higher.

At least 6 months of experience in an EBA position is required to apply for the SBA role.

Secondary education or higher.
