- Manage and supervise the sales floor to ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction.
- Drive store KPI metrics and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Motivate and guide store employees to enhance performance and customer engagement.
- Oversee product display management to ensure cleanliness and completeness of merchandise.
- Supervise inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and compliance with audit standards.
- Monitor staff appearance, scheduling, and attendance.
- Create a welcoming shopping environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure completion of all service-related store metrics, including membership binding and beauty services.
- Act as floor manager, maintaining operational quality and enhancing customer shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to implement daily sales strategies and motivate staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Assist in external communications, including interactions with landlords and local authorities.
- Handle daily store incidents to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to plan effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated management potential and team spirit, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Flexibility to transfer between stores within the same city as per operational needs.
- Punctuality and adherence to shift schedules as arranged by the store manager.
- Experience in store support is preferred.
- Completion of Sephora University basic management courses and exams.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory and display management.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
At least 6 months of experience in an EBA role is required to apply for the SBA position.
Secondary education or above.
