- Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
- Achieve store KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as an extension of the store management team to manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
- Promote high levels of customer service and recommend suitable products based on comprehensive client needs assessment.
- Serve as an escalation point for client and cast member matters, making confident store operation decisions during core hours.
- Conduct team briefings and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store KPIs and targets.
- Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
