Sephora Senior Associate, Internal Audit and Control

- Implement and manage ongoing monitoring controls, including sensitive retail and website transactions, cash reconciliations, and related analytics.
- Ensure compliance with best practices by conducting reviews of critical systems and implementing robust segregation of duties governance.
- Own follow-up, tracking, and reporting of audit and investigation action plans.
- Lead special projects and ad-hoc audits leveraging data analytics and automation tools.
- Conduct audit and controls testing, including documentation, review, and issue identification.
- Assist with LVMH and Sephora Global internal audits or reviews and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
- 3+ years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit, risk advisory, finance, or controlling.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or finance. Master's degree highly preferred.
- Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA/CA, CISA, or CFE is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau, SQL.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities through effective project and time management.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
3+ years of professional experience in internal and/or external audit, risk advisory, finance, or controlling, preferably within the retail or consumer packaged goods sectors.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in accounting/finance highly preferred.
The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 - $114,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
